On the 10th of December we had a Christmas celebration in our Kids Club! Over 60 people came to celebrate this magical holiday with Ukrainian food, Ukrainian music and presents, of course! All children took part in 4 different quests: they were making wishes, doing ‘Just Dance’ challenge and playing many interesting games! They had so much fun!
There was also a photo booth zone where families could have a family photo taken by our professional photographer Yuliia Kushnir. She created stunning portraits of 21 families. You can see one of them in the banner of this post.
Local charity York City Sanctuary has fundraised a generous amount for children’s presents. We are so grateful to them and so many kind people of York who have helped Santa to deliver presents for our children this year! Children were overjoyed!
Christmas celebration was a wonderful opportunity to bring our Ukrainian family together to celebrate and spend time with each other. Everyone really enjoyed a warm peaceful and family-like atmosphere!
