Terms and Conditions
Purchase of events / club kids sessions:
Fees should be paid in advance before the event / service or first session starts. You are only guaranteed a place if the fees have been paid. Every event / class has a group limit. If all places for the class are filled up, you can email hello@thesunflowersinyork.org and request a place on the waiting list.
You can book and pay for all events / services or group kids classes on our website.
**DISCOUNTS VALID WITHIN THE FAMILY WHEN REGISTERING A SIBLING
Refunds
If you have changed your mind or you / your child is not able to attend (due to illness or something like that) the event / kids class in the next next half-term, you can request a refund 3 days before the date of the event or first class of next half-term. We can not give refunds if the classes in this half-term have already started.

Квитки мають бути проплачені заздалегідь за всі заходи / сервіси або першe заняття гуртка. Місце гарантується тільки, якщо квиток сплачен. Кожен захід / сервіс / заняття має лімітовану максимальну кількість місць. Якщо всі місця на захід / гурток зайняті, ви можете написати нам на hello@thesunflowersinyork.org і попросити вас добавити в список очікування. Ви можете зареструватись і сплатити за всі заходи / сервіси та гуртки на сайті клубу.
** ЗНИЖКИ ДІЮТЬ ДЛЯ СІМЕЙ, КОЛИ ВОНИ РЕЗЕРВУЮТЬ МІСЦЯ НА ГУРТКИ ДЛЯ ДРУГОЇ / ТРЕТЬОЇ ДИТИНИ.
